Graham Hill Roofing Ltd is one of New Zealand’s largest suppliers and installers of metal roofing in the commercial market.

We are a growing, locally owned company that has been operating for 41 years.

We have built a reputation for carrying out quality, well managed roofing projects.

Our management team has many years experience in the commercial roofing industry. They can advise on material usage and budgeting for major projects, and will ensure all projects are professionally supervised and completed to the very highest of standards.

Graham Hill Roofing Ltd is a long standing member of the Roofing Association.

We are committed to heath and safety in the workplace and we have a strong focus on continued workplace staff training.

200 years of industry experience!

Graham is the founding Director of Graham Hill Roofing Ltd (GHR) previously Director and Partner of Richards and Hill Ltd. Graham has been roofing in Christchurch for 40+ years starting out contracting in the early days before supplying and installing directly to the commercial construction companies.
His passion for Commercial Roofing has seen GHR complete some very large projects South Island wide. He is still very active in the business looking for the next challenge.

Graham Hill

Director

Mark is a Director of GHR. He joined the company in 2007 after twenty years working for a Roofing Manufacturer in a corporate environment. His knowledge of longrun roofing is extensive and has been of value to GHR. Mark is the past president of the Roofing Association of New Zealand and is still on the Executive Board.
Mark has 30 years experience in the industry.

General Manager

Glenn is a shareholder of GHR. Glenn was an employee of GHR many years ago before starting his own roofing company and doing some contract work for GHR along with his own contracts. Glenn sold his company and joined our team in 2011. His industry knowledge for installation is second to none. Glenn is a LBP and has 26 years experience in the industry.

Glenn Milroy

Business Development Manager

John has a long history in Roofing. He started out as a young man contracting labour in Residential and Commercial roofing. He then joined a Corporate Roofing supplier as a sales rep, eventually becoming Sales Manager. John joined GHR in 2005 and his accuracy in quantifying has to be seen to be believed.

Zach had an early introduction to roofing while helping out his Dad in the school holidays. Zach worked for Glenn before joining GHR as a Foreman. He completed his Apprenticeship in Roofing and Wall cladding and is now office based, managing our roofing installation team.
Zach has 13 years experience in the industry.

Contracts Manager

Matthew started on the tools with GHR becoming one of our Foreman and has been responsible for completing a number of high profile contracts in that time. Matthew also completed his apprenticeship in Roofing and Wall Cladding and now over sees our installation team.

Matthew Holmes

Contracts Supervisor

Shayne had any early introduction to roofing while working in his father’s roofing company. He has completed his apprenticeship in Metal Roofing and Wall Cladding. Shayne was also a Foreman for GHR and recently successfully completed the Burwood Hospital Project over 18 months. Shayne assists Glenn with pricing and variation work.
Shayne has 32 years experience in the industry.
